Schedule of Fees

Children's Matters

Intake and document preparation for Family Dispute Resolution / Mediation:

$150 per hour / per person

(Includes a private intake session minimum 1-1.5 hours with each party, drafting and documentation preparation for mediation, correspondence with other party, telephone enquiries regarding your matter).

Mediation:

$250 per hour = $125 per person / per hour

Minimum 4 hours for a Children’s Family Dispute Resolution / Mediation.
 

Certificate 60i Fee if requested – $120
 

Property & Financial Matters

Intake and document preparation for Mediation:

$150 per hour / per person

(Includes intake session minimum 1-1.5 hrs. with each party, drafting of documentation preparation, liaison with your lawyer/s & necessary third party/s, documentation preparation for mediation, correspondence with other party, telephone enquiries regarding your matter).

Mediation:

$200 per hour / per person

(Allow a minimum 4 hours for Mediation, however most property and financial Mediation can take a full day = $1,500 per person / per day.)
