CMS has been founded by Robyn Hooworth in response to the growing need for a specialised family mediation centre addressing both children's & property/financial matters & servicing the Gold Coast & Northern New South Wales.

•  Supervisor - In Private Practice in Hong Kong & Australia with over
   25 years of experience in Family Law matters.

   (FDRP)

•  Hong Kong Accredited General & Family Mediator

Due her extensive work in Mediation Robyn was recently appointed one of 12 Fellow Mediators of the CIArb, London. 

Robyn is also a Senior Teaching & Research Member, Dispute

Resolution Centre, School of Law Bond University, Australia.

Why should I mediate with a registered
Family Dispute Resolution Practioner (FDRP)?

They are the only mediators who can issue a Certificate 60i. These certificates must be filed in court if no agreement is reached in mediation & you &/or your
ex-partner want to seek Court Orders regarding children's matters.

Collaborative Mediation Services
FDRPs are registered with the Attorney Generals Department.

 
Since 2009 Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP's) have to comply with practice standards & training requirements established by the Federal Government.

There are advantages in using a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner:
