Why should I mediate with a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practioner (FDRP)?
They are the only mediators who can issue a Certificate 60i. These certificates must be filed in court if no agreement is reached in mediation & you &/or your ex-partner want to seek Court Orders regarding children's matters.
Collaborative Mediation Services FDRPs are registered with the Attorney Generals Department.
Since 2009 Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP's) have to comply with practice standards & training requirements established by the Federal Government.
